At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Information

The Infusion Co. is not responsible for delays, additional costs or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Where an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is re-dispatched.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product

We will assess the claim and work with you to provide a replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate.
