At The Infusion Co., we take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns and refund policy below.

Change of Mind

Due to the food-grade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind purchases once an order has been shipped.

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

• A replacement product
• A store credit
• A full refund

at our discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Return Shipping

Where a return is approved due to damage, defect or error on our part, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account once the refund has been processed.
